매(梅),란(蘭), 국(菊), 죽(竹)

본인은 작품제작시 외형을 어떤 형태로 할지 생각을 한 후 합판으로 사각형의 판넬을 만든 후 병풍의 실재감을 위해 병풍 밑부분을 나무로 직접 조각하여 붙인다. 그리고 판넬 위에 캔바스 천을 붙이고 아크릴물감으로 작업을 하는데, 나의 작업은 나전칠기의 느낌을 최대한 살리기위해 표현하려고 노력한다.

When producing works, I think about what shape to make the appearance, make a square panel with plywood, and then carve the bottom of the folding screen directly with wood for the reality of the folding screen. And then I put a canvas on the panel and I work with acrylic paint, and my work is to try to express the feeling of the lacquerware as much as possible.
