정보화시대의 주요 자산은 정보와 지식이다. 네트워크의
진화는 단 시간에 엄청난 양의 정보를 쏟아낸다. 육체적
노동의 가치보다 정신적 노동의 질이 더 많은 능률과 환
산가치를 가져다주고, 물리적인 거리나 경계가 모호해 지면서, 심지어 주체와 가상현실의 경계마저도 모호해지는시대에 살고 있다.신문은 방송과 함께, 디지털이 등장하기 전까지는 정보의 전달자 역할에서 꽤 오랫동안 그 존재가치를 증명해 왔다. 오래된 대표적 미디어의 하나인 신문지로 된 종이비행기는 디지털로 연결된 첨단도시를 공격적으로 날아다닌다.
The main assets of the information age are
information and knowledge. The evolution of
networks pours out a huge amount of information
in a short period of time. We live in an era where
the quality of mental labor brings more efficiency
and conversion value than the value of physical
labor, and as physical distances and boundaries
become blurred, even the boundaries between
the subject and virtual reality are blurred.
Newspapers, along with broadcasting, have proven
their value as conveyors of information for quite
some time until the advent of digital. Paper
airplanes made of newspaper, one of the oldest
representative media, fly aggressively in digitally
connected high-tech cities.
